- How do we shop at ‘Quality Sardegna’?
To shop here you need to register starting from this page.
Registering here won’t oblige you to buy but will facilitate all your transactions such as placing orders, shipping etc. without any need to contact us differently.
Registration requires an e-mail address(user Id) and a selected password which we ask you to keep carefully. Once registered you can start shopping(or complete your purchase).Choose your products surfing the categories listed on the left of the page clicking on ‘ADD TO CART’ button that can be found both in the list of products page and in the single product details sheet page. Once selection of all desired products is completed, you have to proceed with the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.
Verify all data and shipping address, payment method (which has to be entered anyway during registration)and proceed to order confirmation and checkout ,following the instructions page by page.
Order will be placed and shipped within the next 24 hours.

- Can I ship Products as gifts to other people?
Of course you can, you just need to fill in the right data of the recipient, in the confirmation phase. This means you have to enter the full address of the recipient. This is a very important phase because shipping total costs are based on destination( as well as weight )of the pruducts.
Remember to point out any possible greeting message to be attached to the gift package.

- Which payment methods are accepted by you on-line shop?
Credit card payments with VISA or MASTERCARD, Bank transfer and Postal order are accepted by Quality Sardegna. For shipment within Italy even cash on delivery is accepted-with an overcharge of 10 euros contextually on delivery of ordered products.

Do not forget to point out in the purpose of payment, the order number and to add ‘Quality Sardegna’ as well. In case of Bank transfer or Postal order, to speed up the shipping process, you should send the payment slip together with a copy of a valid id card to this fax number(+39) 070.790452. The order will be processed after receiving this fax.

- Who delivers the shipments? And in how much time?
Quality Sardegna ships Sardinan products all over the world with SDA Express Courier which delivers within 48 hours in Italy (in certain places products might be delivered within 3-4 working days). Shipping charges are not included and depend on total amount of weight of ordered products and destination of the parcel: you will find here an approximate price list of shipping costs. However the total amount calculated by the e-commerce system during the order confirmation phase, will be the valid one.

- Can I ensure a shipment?
Yes, It is possible but only under clear request of an overcharge payment to guarantee the insurance coverage of shipment.

- How are bottles shipped?
For shipment which exceeds more than 3 bottles of wine, liquors or oil; the purchase of a polystyrene container is necessary. Containers can be found in the box for bottles section.

- I can not find what I am looking for. Do you sell more products which are not on this site?
For your convenience it is even possible to search for a specific product in the proper search section that can be found in the left column at the bottom of the page. If you are not able to find the desired product do not despair: in our real shop we have basically everything that is produced ,bottled ,distilled , put in oil, fished, put into the oven an packed in Sardinia.
